* Application for Zoning Permit

* Location Map (Property Tax Maps can be copied at the Town Hall)

* Site or Plot Plan (Prepared by the applicant)

* Building Floor Plans (Prepared by applicant)

* Building Elevation drawing (Front and Side views - Prepared by Applicant)

* Application Mendon Septic Permit

* Application for Mendon Highway Access Permit (if applicable)

* A check payable to the Town of Mendon for the Application and  Recording  Fees (see tools)
